Returns & Exchanges

At GUNNAR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eyewear purchase. If you are not 100% happy with your glasses, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the glasses in their original protective case and packaging, attach the label, and drop the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
